Payment of 25% can be made by bank transfer, send a check to our address or by credit card using Paypal sitema. Once the booking is confirmed you will receive an email with payment details. If you choose bank transfer, you must send the document by email or fax. The payment of 75% is preferably in cash. In case of cancellation, the 25% will not be returned, but you can change the dates of your reservation for a maximum period of 12 months and keep the amount already paid validates.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF STAY

Check-In -  After 2:00 PM
Check-out - Before 11:00 AM

Late Departure (Check-out after 2:00 PM) - it is necessary to contact us to confirm availability and payment of 50% of the daily value of the stay.

Payment - Payment should be made mandatory on the first day for stays less than five nights, for stays longer payment must be made within the first three days of stay. If not possible make payment in this period, must submit an identification document: eg passport, citizen card, driving license or other acceptable provided by our services. After payment is made the document is returned, this is a safe procedure, appeal and appreciate your understanding of this procedure.

Payment Methods: Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfer. In case the transfer is necessary to submit the proof of same.
Payment is made ​​at the location of your accommodation after scheduled with our services. Alternatively you can move to our office located at Vivenda Veiguinha. (on ​​the road  Vale de Parra to Albufeira, 200 meters after the petrol station on the right).

Maximum Occupancy - The maximum occupancy of the apartment is three adults or two adults and two children, although it is possible to accommodate a fourth person, by placing an extra bed. This extra bed has a daily cost of 20 Euros. The cots have no additional costs.

Use of the pool - Available all day. Overnight is not allowed to use it. Use by children without the supervision of family members is not allowed.

Cleaning Service - Provide this service day in, day out, with change of bed linen once a week and towels twice a week. The frequency and schedule for this service and may be adjusted or modified according to the availability of our services.

Using the Garage - The use of the underground parking garage is free with no markup and free (24 Hours).

Laundry Service - The Apartments offers guests washing machine for exclusive use of guests at no cost. These machines are located in the garage of the building.
